Dec 31, stomach spasm last night caused by probiotics?

From probiotic? Rice?
No probiotic this morning
New- flaxseed oil 
Pumpkin squash

Vit c

Walk 15 mins
No stomach spasm 

1 hour later peppermint tea

1pm turkey green dnink 
New : 3 olives, 1ts goji berries, 1/4 avocado


Some brands of probiotics are associated with bloating. Bloating can be caused by including bacterial strains that (unlike Lactobacillus acidophilis, a homolactic fermenter which produces no gas) are capable of producing gas from carbohydrates. These strains include: Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus casei, Streptococcus thermophilus and probiotic yeast strains. (My probiotic contains casei, and brevis!)

4pm dinner green drink 

6pm Soup bone broth 

Felt headache maybe from undereating so decided to add food.

7pm long range rice 1/4 cup (high fp)
Black seed oil 1/3 ts
Herbs cayenne 
1 cup green drink 
Ginger 
Peppermint
