Dec 16, slept well, stool

Went bed 9.30 no lights or laptop 1-2 hrs.
No itchy
Woke 8am refreshed 

iPod early invest

Breakfast no cinnamon 
Vit c d

10am Head 2/10. 

Stool 10.36am med rubber with some small drops 

Lunch 

2.40 gigong open 
Herbal drink fish oil 

Head 3/10 after planning ala laptop

4.40pm dinner  

Clodhoppers and egg tart 
7pm sauna fixed Kevin
