Jan 5 no stool

Exhausted last night
Still undereating

No chest pain. Oil was the cause?

Massage stomach morning. Day 3 no stool.


Breakfast 
Walnut 1tbs
1ts butter
Vit c d
Multi 
Stomach still discomfort right side
Smelly urine 

Headache after planning diet. Can't think
Depressed. Don't know how to increase cal. 

11.19am Chinese bitters 1ts 
Peppermint tea 

12.15 eat turkey 
1ts black seed oil 
2tbs jasmine rice 
3 olives
Green drink 
Multivitamin 

1.29 beets 
Mag pill
Munch on tiny yellow pepper dz food 

3.25pm gigong open close
Chinese bitters 

4pm warm heavy chest not feeling well
Tired 

Eat turkey rice tiny green beets, some walnuts

6pm same and soup
