I was constipated for 4 days (from the 3rd until 6th) but had a small stool this morning with some brown mucus.

9 breakfast

1 apple, 1 plum, 3 grapes
11am walk, suntan
Noticed itchy skin on stomach. Put apple cider on it.
12.28 frankincense water sip
Drank water with salt
1pm lunch
Pills, no egcg
2.19pm Noticed nosebleed
2-3pm bone broth and nap.
Brain fog 1/10
4.13 Snack
Added coconut milk (guar gum for laxative purposes).
6pm dinner, no turkey
Added Sweet potato, beets, cumin, and coconut milk
Pills
6-7pm walk
8pm added magnesium pill
9-10pm sleep
