Day 2 feeling better

No stool yesterday and this morning 

Woke up less headache 
No meditation, dad is leaving

8-9am ate big bowl meat stew with cauliflower mashed abs broccoli . Felt good. Not bloated. 

11am 
Ate the rest of broccoli. Half cup potato.  Waiting for treatment session. 
Ate more potato. 
Felt bloated and uncomfortable. I suspect too much potato isn't good! 

Did chiropractor treatment at home to ease neck pain. It helped a bit. 


4-5pm ate a bowl of stew, and was on computer 

5-6pm feeling weak, tired and headache increased. Feeling hungry. We think this diet isn't enough food or carbs were not sure. 

6pm eat a bowl with egg Yolk. Headache still. But improved.

Went outside  short walk cuz it's been a few days 

7-8pm relax home still headache
