Day 1 test

R7-8am awake, less stomach pain. Headache 6/10.

No stool. 

Today family convinced me not to test anything and just rest one day before tesring. 

8.30 drink lemon water 
Visualizing meditation 30 mins 

9am eat 2 boiled eggs. 1 cup of kale squash collard green. Couldn't finish the veggies. 
Dizzy brain fog fatigue. Abdominal discomfort. 

11-12am fatigue weak. Need food. 
Eat cauliflower and potato mashed. 
Turkey herbs squash eggplant turnip. 

Bloated. Tired. 

2pm meditation suntanning. Not bloated.
Still tired. 

4pm Hungry.  Boiled egg. 

6pm
Unsure what I ate, most likely soup similar as above. 
Not bloated and less headache.
