Full moon stress

Last night dz cough like crazy she says cuz of soap a friend brought. We had trouble sleeping. 

Morning took bath with herbs n salt

10am eggs basmati rice

Dz back feeling good

Day 7, eat fiber, day 4 no stool

Slept in other room
Less headache 

9am ate 2 teff breads with omelette and Turkey squash soup 

12pm

Kale and collard green 
Rice with lots of olive oil 

4-5pm friend talk wereba 
Headache 

6pm bloated and burping bubbles 
Skipped dinner 
Took 30 min walk
Drink fennel tea

Day 6 no stool yesterday

Woke up less headache 

Skin not so soft 

Meditation visualize 
 Drink lemon water 
No stool yesterday 

Muscle feels sore 

1 tbs yogurt 

10am Turkey broth squash
Veggies broccoli kale
Rice more olive oil 

2. Tbs of yogurt 

12pm Bloated. 
Confused about fiber causing constipated

Drink water 

Fatigue 

2pm  sardines rice squash 
Calufollwrr tomato lactose free cheese olives beans 

3-4pm nap tired fatigue some abdominal soreness.

Day 5 stress, no stool yesterday

Last night family stress
I gave feedback,  bsckfired. 
Guest stayed too long . 

Morning carrot post 
No meditation 
Headache 

Mom stress 

Cook myself 

9.30am eat. Too much meat. Cup rice. 

11am stomach pain feeling bloated. 

Went outside suntan meditation 

12-1pm Headache and nap 

2pm collard green and bok Choy. Squash Turkey egg and sauerkraut juice. 

Headache.

Day 4 better

Woke up les headache 

Meditation 

9am eat turkey Chinese squash 1 egg full , white rice 2 bowl flax oil and olive. 


12am lunch friend 
Also had a few bean dumplings from mom and 1 tbs yogurt to increase tolerance 


Walk outside 

5pm dinner usual with white friend Phyllis 
Ate more bean dumplings

Day 3 skin softer, stool today

Noticed skin softer and no acne 

Went to sleep last night early with headache 
Woke up at night and morning headache 

8am 2 cups water with lemon 

Short meditation 

9.30am  eat turkey stew with squash and egg yolk. May have white rice congee 

10am Stool hard to pass. 

Met friend he noticed my skin better. 
Lunch 1pm same as breakfast with extra bowl rice. 
1 tbs yogurt. 

Nap. 

Still headache. Drink lots. A bit bloated. 

Short walk 

6pm squash petty. Turkey and rice. 1 ts sour kraut juice.  Cauliflower bowl. 
Abdominal discomfort when eating.

Day 2 feeling better

No stool yesterday and this morning 

Woke up less headache 
No meditation, dad is leaving

8-9am ate big bowl meat stew with cauliflower mashed abs broccoli . Felt good. Not bloated. 

11am 
Ate the rest of broccoli. Half cup potato.  Waiting for treatment session. 
Ate more potato. 
Felt bloated and uncomfortable. I suspect too much potato isn't good! 

Did chiropractor treatment at home to ease neck pain. It helped a bit. 


4-5pm ate a bowl of stew, and was on computer 

5-6pm feeling weak, tired and headache increased. Feeling hungry. We think this diet isn't enough food or carbs were not sure. 

6pm eat a bowl with egg Yolk. Headache still. But improved.

Went outside  short walk cuz it's been a few days 

7-8pm relax home still headache

Day 1 test

R7-8am awake, less stomach pain. Headache 6/10.

No stool. 

Today family convinced me not to test anything and just rest one day before tesring. 

8.30 drink lemon water 
Visualizing meditation 30 mins 

9am eat 2 boiled eggs. 1 cup of kale squash collard green. Couldn't finish the veggies. 
Dizzy brain fog fatigue. Abdominal discomfort. 

11-12am fatigue weak. Need food. 
Eat cauliflower and potato mashed. 
Turkey herbs squash eggplant turnip. 

Bloated. Tired. 

2pm meditation suntanning. Not bloated.
Still tired. 

4pm Hungry.  Boiled egg. 

6pm
Unsure what I ate, most likely soup similar as above. 
Not bloated and less headache.

Felt nausea last night

I'mHeadache all day
Went sleep late had guests 
Ate 4 egg yolk honey chocolate ice cream bits
Coffee Tim Horton milk sips 
Had good stool 

Today had rice veggies Turkey avocado 
Bloated - we suspect honey 
Lunch same without avocado bloated 

Today what's new is rice and avocado 

Dinner eggplant turnip squash 
Turkey 


Tomorrow plan

Morning 2 eggs with steamed kale cauliflower bone broth. 

Lunch 
Rice/potatoes with veggies 

6.30 
Dinner squash turnip eggplant Soup with Turkey meat. Couldn't eat at first but are slowly and finished bowl. 
Felt tired afterwards.

Woke up headache n itchy

Woke up headache some itchy n noticed eczema forehead 
Daisy stress cuz toilet needs same time 


Stomach is ok 


Body rejected the veggies. Not sure why. Maybe I had too much of it yesterday, which was all I ate. 
This morning I had kidney beans with teff whole grain. 
She is also stressed because she feels weak and symptomatic and blames her food allergies. She's uncertain of our allergy treatments is working 

I'm feeling sad and cried because we're now both confused and have uncertainty over our food. We're not sure what to eat anymore. 


Stomach feels sore now 

I suntan 

Stool 11am, there's redness in there. Is it blood or beets from 3-4 days ago?

Began with full moon a week ago no sleep. Then more Internet and less meditation lately .
