Gaps day 1

Lately tummy sensitive so no more rice n trying gaps 

Stool normal 
Drink water n feel stomach discomfort 

Breakfast 10am 
Eggs 
Soup veggie 
Broccoli 
Turkey meat 
No rice 
Turmeric 

Dz stress 

Felt tired exhausted 
Meditation 
Talk to friend chef 
Feel better 

Lunch 2.30
Eggs 
Cauliflower 
Veggie soup 

Stomach still pain all over 
Difficulty breathing 
Brain fog 

(Broccoli suspect ) 

Feel better at 4pm meditation walk inside 

Tried tea but bloated 
5.50 pm 
No appetite but tired 
Trying eat soup
