Day 3 gaps added rice yesterday

Less stool 
More fatigue headache 
Less stomach pain but white rice feels icky bloated

Need cauliflower to replace rice 

12 bath Epsom salt 

1pm lunch 
Eggs spinach 
Veggie soup 
Cauliflower 
Skipped White rice - body rejecting it 

3-4pm huge headache. Maybe lack of food? Glutamates in broth ? 

6pm 
Turkey 
eggs 
Veggie soup
White rice

8pm huge headache 
Noticed eczema 

I think it's high glutamate 
I took zinc pill to reduce
