I didn't learn lesson - dairy diarrhea

Yesterday I went out

I ate beans and maybe some gluten.

At home mom made pizza with cheese and I had a slice 

Lately I Also had beets 

This morning I

Couldn't finish breakfast (oatmeal banana almohd butter 2 breads) 

Diarrhea and nausea

Also I did t sleep so well ...
