Headaches past few days

It began with hot weather woke me up at night and couldn't sleep for couple days.

Then rain weather change and had migraine. 

Got better then had zinc pill, went out to meet friend Stephanie talked a lot and bam, huge headache for few days. 

Yesterday had cottage cheese, nuts and outside food 

Suspect sulfur ..
