2 days ago I talked on the phone. 

I had pizza and potatoes a week ago which caused stomach pain and headache symptoms. I had peppermint and it made me itchy. It took over 5 days to improve. Headache returned after that time. Other suspects is the grounding bed sheet, phone talk, low iron?, lack of sleep, bioenergy healing with Phyllis, too many Dr sha books.  Sun tanning. 

Very salty food.

Noticed tooth pain and nose bleed around the potato time.,
